Hey there, welcome to my website! I’m Frank Gomez, and I feel blessed to have you here.

Let me tell you a bit about myself. I’m a Christian man who has been married twice and has six wonderful adult children. My wife Michele is the most Spectacular Woman on the Planet! I recently retired from my career as a Chiropractic Sports Physician after 36 years and have Built and Sold other Businesses in the past. I also was very active in Bodybuilding and Powerlifting Competitions, Martial Arts and Football. Currently, I own a Real Estate Business and an Awesome Online Business.

I started this blog because I feel it is a calling from God. I believe that God has put a passion in me for helping men better themselves mentally, physically, financially, spiritually, and in their relationships. I’m excited to share my knowledge and experiences with you.

When I’m not blogging, you can usually find me in the gym or doing other fitness activities. I love spending time alone with my lovely wife and going on vacations. I’m a curious person who loves to ask questions, and I believe that gives me a unique perspective on my blog’s topic.

I want to be honest with you and let you know that I’m a huge gym rat and a fanatic of the sport of bodybuilding since I was 13 years old. I can’t get enough of it! But I also care deeply about my values of honesty, integrity, and accountability, and I try to incorporate those into my blogs whenever I can.

My Goal with this blog is to provide you with informative, helpful, and maybe even entertaining content. I’d love to hear from you, both the good and not so good, so I can continue to grow as a man.
